Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli's multi-million dollar mansion has reportedly been put up for sale.

Amid the ongoing college admissions case, Loughlin and Giannulli, who are facing years in prison for their alleged involvement in the scandal, have decided to list their Bel-Air estate for approximately $28.7 million, according to TMZ.

Among the amenities of the 12,000 square-foot residence include six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a swimming pool, an outdoor courtyard, and an eat-in chef’s kitchen. Per the celebrity outlet, sources claim the sale isn’t about the couple’s case but rather Giannulli's “passion for architecture.”

You may recall, the mansion was used as collateral for their $2 million bail for charges of fraud in March 2019. At the time, New York Daily News reported U.S. District Judge Alexander MacKinnon supposedly told the 56-year-old fashion designer the property could be foreclosed by the government if he violates the terms of his release.

The pair bought the residence in 2015 for $13.995 million. Before facing allegations of paying $500,000 in bribes to have their daughters Isabella and Olivia falsely designated as athletes to facilitate their enrollment at the University of Southern California, Variety reported in 2017 that the duo tried to sell the mansion for $35 million in 2017.

Since October 2019, Loughlin and Giannulli have pleaded not guilty of all allegations against them, including one count of conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery as well as those of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, honest services mail and wire fraud, and money laundering conspiracy. In recent weeks, it’s been revealed the pair’s daughters could be called to testify if they don’t plead guilty.

If convicted, the couple faces up to 50 years in prison.
