Dierks Bentley's Hot Country Knights Unveil 2020 'One Knight Stand Tour'

The Hot Country Knights are taking their mullets and '90s country music on the road this spring. The band revealed details of their headlining "One Knight Stand Tour" on Friday morning (January 31).

The group's first headlining tour will kick off on April 7 in San Diego, California at the House of Blues. They'll make stops in a total of twelve cities, concluding with a show at the iconic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee on April 29. Joining the Knights for the tour will be supporting acts Hannah Dasher, Tenille Townes, Rachel Wammack and Lainey Wilson on select dates.

"The Knights started as a live band playing at a little place called Teasers on ‘Two for Tuesdays,’ and they just couldn’t get enough of us down there in Murfreesboro," front man Doug Douglason [Dierks Bentley] says. "We’ve got a little money now, so [steel guitar player] Barry [Van Ricky] did some work on the van. We got a few little outstanding legal issues handled so we are free and clear to cross state lines again. Yeah baby, the Knights are riding again!"

Hot Country Knights have also released a new song, "Asphalt" to coincide with the tour announcement. The group will perform the "touching" ballad on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this Monday (February 3), marking their national television debut.

In addition to the "One Knight Stand Tour," fans can also catch the Hot Country Knights at this year's iHeartCountry Festival presented by Capital One. The festival, taking place in Austin, Texas on May 2, will feature performances from Bentley, Sam Hunt, Kelsea Ballerini, Kane Brown and more.
